1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the gk9 platform ("we", "gk9" or "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the gk9 website at https://gk9.run, the gk9 mobile app, and all services, features and content provided through the platform.

By accessing the gk9 website, registering an account, making a deposit, using any of our services, or simply browsing our platform, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this agreement, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

• Has not had a gk9 account previously closed due to fraud, bonus abuse or any prior breach of terms
• Not an employee, contractor or immediate family member of any gk9 staff

Gk9 reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity or eligibility from any member. Should a member be found not to meet any of the eligibility requirements above, gk9 reserves the right to suspend or close the account in question and withhold any fund balance associated with activities that violate these terms.

3Account Registration and KYC Process

Each individual is only permitted to register one account on the gk9 platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. The information required includes:

• Full name as stated in a valid identification document
• An active and reachable email address
• A valid Malaysian mobile number
• Exact date of birth for age verification

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, gk9 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time — particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when an account reaches certain transaction thresholds. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or proof of current address. This process is to protect your account security and ensure the platform's compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

4Deposit and Payment Methods

5Fund Withdrawal

Gk9 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in the member's name. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request
• Valid withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the chosen method
• Withdrawals via DuitNow and local bank transfers are generally processed faster than other methods
• The KYC process must be fully completed before the first withdrawal request is processed
• gk9 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review or compliance purposes if required

6Bonuses, Promotions and Rollover Requirements

Gk9 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their account login credentials. All activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported a security concern to us prior to the activity taking place.

9Prohibited Conduct

To maintain platform integrity and fairness for all players, the following actions are strictly prohibited on gk9 and may result in account closure and fund freezing:

• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system in a coordinated manner
• Use of third-party software, bots, or automated scripts to play games or carry out transactions
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a payment method that is not in your own name or obtained through unlawful means

10Account Closure and Termination

You may close your gk9 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before the closure is processed, please ensure you have withdrawn all valid funds in your account first. Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements will be automatically forfeited upon account closure.

Gk9 also reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

Gk9's liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. This liability cap applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

Gk9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the gk9 website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the gk9 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For any dispute that cannot be resolved through GK9's internal process, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration. These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Should any provision of this agreement be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
